What is Supernatural

Overview

Supernatural is a virtual-reality fitness service that offers daily guided workouts (boxing, flow, meditation, stretching and more) with music and coaching in a VR environment. It is available through the Supernatural web app and via third-party app stores such as Apple App Store, Google Play and the Oculus (Meta) Store.

How to cancel Supernatural

• If you subscribed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or the Oculus (Meta) Store you must cancel through that store’s subscription management interface - Supernatural cannot cancel on your behalf. See your device or store settings for “Subscriptions” or “Manage Subscriptions.”
• If you subscribed directly on the Supernatural website or web app, sign in, go to Account → Change/Cancel Membership and follow the cancellation flow, or contact [email protected] to request cancellation.

What happens when you cancel

Once cancellation is completed, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date. Supernatural notes that you can continue to use the service until the end of the current paid period. After that date your access ends unless you resubscribe.

Your account and associated profile information are typically retained according to the provider’s data and retention policies; if you have content or progress you want to preserve, export screenshots or save any relevant account details before access ends. Will I get a refund?

Supernatural’s stated policy is that subscription fees are generally non‑refundable except where required by law. For Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Prince Edward Island there is an additional condition: if services are not delivered within 30 days you may have the right to cancel up to one year after the contract date.
