Postclic Subscription Terms
Price, tax, notices, cancellation, withdrawal and failure of payment on a Postclic registered-mail subscription.
1. The provider and the scope of these terms
Last updated: May 28, 2026.
Postclic is a service of digital registered mail operated by Postclic technology Limited (C 114711), a company incorporated under Maltese law under number C114711, whose registered office is at .
These terms govern every subscription taken out on https://www.postclic.com. They form an instrument distinct from the Refund Policy, from the General Terms of Sale and from the Privacy Policy, each of which continues to apply in its own field. A link to this page is carried in the footer of every page of the site, so that the customer may consult it at any moment.
2. Formation of the contract
The subscription is concluded when the customer, having ticked the box provided for the purpose, confirms the order. That tick carries acceptance, entire and without reserve, of the present terms, which are put before the customer afresh ahead of every payment.
A copy of the terms is annexed to the electronic mail confirming registration and remains accessible at all times from the customer area.
3. Extent of the service subscribed for
The subscription opens access to the sending, without limit of number, of digital registered mail that is certified, timestamped and entered on a blockchain, in more than 180 countries of origin and of destination. The trial period described in clause 4 below carries the whole of that functionality, with nothing held back.
4. Price, tax and debiting of the means of payment
4.1 Structure of the price
The pricing is built in two successive phases. The first is a trial of 48 hours running from registration, charged at $1.47, which gives access to every feature of the service. The second is the recurring subscription, debited automatically once those 48 hours have run and thereafter on the same day of each month, at $79.87 a month on the monthly plan or $161.37 a month on the professional plan.
Prices are stated inclusive of the taxes applicable to them. The rate of value added tax charged is that of the country in which the customer resides, following the European rules on electronically supplied services.
4.2 Means of payment
Sums fall due against the payment method recorded at registration, whether a bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or another accepted method. The customer authorises Postclic expressly to debit that means of payment on the dates fixed under clause 4.1 above.
5. Notices given to the customer, and revision of the price
Without the customer having to ask for them, the following are sent:
- an electronic mail confirming registration, recalling the date on which the first charge of $79.87 will fall;
- a reminder 7 days before the trial period ends, giving the exact date of that first charge and the manner in which the subscription may be brought to an end;
- after each monthly charge, a confirmation carrying the invoice for it and a link to customer service.
Postclic reserves the power to revise its prices. A revision is notified in writing, by electronic mail, not less than 30 days ahead of the day it takes effect, and the customer keeps the power to bring the subscription to an end, at no cost, before the new price begins to apply.
6. Duration, cancellation and the effects of cancellation
6.1 Routes open to the customer
The subscription runs from month to month, with no minimum term. Bringing it to an end costs nothing and may be done at any moment by any of the following routes:
- from the customer area on https://www.postclic.com, under the heading "My subscription", by the button "Cancel my subscription", which is acted on at once;
- by electronic mail to [email protected], stating the address under which the account was opened;
- by Postclic digital registered mail addressed to the customer service of Postclic technology Limited (C 114711), one send being made available free of charge from the customer area for that purpose.
6.2 Date of effect
Cancellation takes effect on receipt, and no charge is taken after that date. Access to the service is kept open for the remainder of the period that has been paid for; no proportional refund is made in respect of it, save in the cases the Refund Policy provides for.
6.3 Confirmation
Written confirmation goes out by electronic mail within 24 hours at the outside, stating the date on which the cancellation took effect and the date on which access to the service will close.
7. Right of withdrawal of customers resident in the European Union
A customer resident in the European Union holds, under Directive 2011/83/EU, a period of 14 calendar days from subscription in which to withdraw, without having to give any reason and without penalty. The right is exercised through the withdrawal form held in the customer area, or by notice given in any written form: electronic mail, post, or Postclic digital registered mail.
The right does not survive full performance. Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, and the corresponding provisions of the other Member States, put withdrawal aside where the service has been performed in full before the 14 days have run, with the express agreement of the customer and his express renunciation of the right. That renunciation is asked for expressly on each digital registered mail sent during the trial period.
8. Failure of payment
Where a charge is refused, the following steps follow one another:
- a fresh attempt to debit within 3 days;
- an electronic mail inviting the customer to bring the means of payment up to date;
- suspension of access to the service, on a temporary footing, after 7 days without payment;
- cancellation of the subscription, automatic and carrying neither fee nor penalty for the customer, after 14 days without payment.
Nothing is owed beyond the month last invoiced.
9. Customer service, complaints and settlement of disputes
Any question, complaint or request bearing on the subscription is addressed to Postclic technology Limited (C 114711), Customer Service, , or by electronic mail to [email protected]. The average time of reply is 24 business hours.
Where a dispute has not been settled, the customer may turn, free of charge, to the European platform for online dispute resolution, at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
