– et, le cas échéant, me transmettre le décompte final ou la confirmation de solde.
La présente résiliation vous est adressée par e-courrier certifié. L’envoi, l’horodatage et l’intégrité du contenu sont établis, ce qui en fait un écrit probant répondant aux exigences de la preuve électronique. Vous disposez donc de tous les éléments nécessaires pour procéder au traitement régulier de cette résiliation, conformément aux principes applicables en matière de notification écrite et de liberté contractuelle.
Conformément aux règles relatives à la protection des données personnelles, je vous demande également :
– de supprimer l’ensemble de mes données non nécessaires à vos obligations légales ou comptables ;
– de clôturer tout espace personnel associé ;
– et de me confirmer l’effacement effectif des données selon les droits applicables en matière de protection de la vie privée.

What is Certified Fasting
Certified Fasting is a subscription-based digital service that provides fasting schedules and weight-loss support. It operates with auto-renewing plans and offers in-app and website access to fasting programs and optional add-on services.
How to cancel Certified Fasting
- If you purchased through the website: sign in, go to Profile → Weight Loss Account → Edit, complete the exit survey and confirm cancellation. To stop the next auto-renewal, cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Add-on services must be cancelled individually using the same Profile → Weight Loss Account → Edit flow. - If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play: you cannot cancel from your Certified Fasting account. Cancel the subscription directly in your Apple or Google account settings - deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. See the company terms: General terms and conditions.
- If you prefer a written cancellation (or require proof), send a signed cancellation letter by registered post (raccomandata A/R) to the company’s registered office: Fasting Ltd., Lastadijas iela 6, LV‑1050 Riga, Latvia. Keep the registered-post receipt as evidence.
- If charges continue after cancellation, document the charges and contact your bank or card issuer to dispute or block further payments; some users have reported needing to cancel via their bank or replace their card.
What happens when you cancel
When cancellation is accepted in time (at least 48 hours before renewal when cancelled via the website), auto-renewal is stopped so you will not be billed for the next period. Will I get a refund?
