Cancellation Fitcoach: Easy Method
What is Fitcoach
Overview
Fitcoach is a fitness app that offers guided workouts, training plans and subscription tiers for short-term and long-term access. It is distributed through app stores and direct subscriptions and is designed to provide premium content, daily fitness programs and one-time or recurring purchase options.
How to cancel Fitcoach
- Identify where you purchased the subscription: Apple App Store (iOS), Google Play (Android), or directly from Fitcoach via their website/account.
- If you subscribed through the Apple App Store: open the App Store on your iPhone/iPad → tap your profile icon → Subscriptions → locate Fitcoach → tap Cancel Subscription. Keep the cancellation confirmation screenshot or email.
- If you subscribed through Google Play: open the Google Play Store → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Fitcoach → tap Cancel subscription and follow prompts. Save confirmation screenshot or email.
- If you subscribed directly on Fitcoach (web or in-app account settings): sign in to your Fitcoach account → Account or Subscription settings → Cancel subscription (follow on-screen steps). If no account option is available, email support@fit-coach.io with your order details and request cancellation.
- If email is needed or you prefer a written record: send a cancellation request to support@fit-coach.io including your account email, order ID/receipt, and cancellation request date. For a formal notice, you may send a registered letter to the company’s registered address (see Address section below).
- After cancelling, check your App Store / Google Play / bank statement to confirm no future renewals. Keep all confirmations, receipts and screenshots until any billing or refund matters are resolved.
What happens when you cancel
When you cancel a Fitcoach subscription, how access is handled depends on the purchase platform. Subscriptions made through Apple or Google typically remain active until the end of the current billing period; cancelling stops automatic renewal but usually does not immediately remove access. Direct subscriptions via Fitcoach’s website or account settings may either end immediately or at the end of the paid period depending on the company’s settings - confirm the behavior at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation stops future recurring charges; it does not necessarily delete your account or personal data. Data retention, export options and deletion are governed by Fitcoach’s privacy policy - request account closure or data export via support@fit-coach.io if you need records or removal.
Will I get a refund?
Refunds are handled case-by-case and primarily depend on where you purchased the subscription. Purchases made through Apple or Google are typically subject to Apple’s and Google’s refund policies and processes; you usually request refunds through their support pages. Direct purchases via Fitcoach should be addressed to the company’s support team at support@fit-coach.io with your receipt and explanation.
Exceptions where refunds are more likely include accidental purchases, billing errors, or if a promotional trial was misapplied - provable cases may lead to a refund. Refund availability is also influenced by provincial consumer protection laws and the platform’s own terms; save receipts and all communications to support any refund request.

Your consumer rights in Canada
Canadian consumers have protections against false or misleading business practices under the Competition Act and related consumer protection laws. Digital goods and services have fewer automatic “cooling-off” rights than some physical goods, but provincial consumer protection offices can provide guidance when a business does not honour its advertised terms or billing errors occur.
If you believe you were misled, charged incorrectly, or cannot get a reasonable response from Fitcoach, you can: contact the seller first, request a formal refund or correction in writing, and if unresolved, contact your card issuer to enquire about a dispute/chargeback. You may also contact the federal Office of Consumer Affairs or your provincial consumer protection agency for advice. Helpful government resources: Competition Bureau and Office of Consumer Affairs (Canada).
Customer experiences
Reported customer experiences are mixed: many users appreciate the app’s content and find the subscription value reasonable for short-term programs, while others have reported difficulties with refunds or confusion about automatic renewals. Experiences often depend on the purchase channel - Apple and Google handle renewals and refunds differently than direct subscriptions, and response times from support can vary.
Users who documented receipts, screenshots and confirmations generally resolved disputes faster; those who relied solely on app removal without formally cancelling their subscription sometimes continued to be billed. Contacting support early and keeping records improves the chance of a satisfactory outcome.
Documentation checklist
- Order receipt or invoice (email or app store receipt)
- Account email and username used with Fitcoach
- Date and time of purchase and cancellation attempts
- Screenshots of subscription status, cancellation confirmations, and billing entries
- Communications with support (emails, ticket numbers)
- Bank or card statement entries showing charges
Common mistakes
Common mistakes include uninstalling the app but not cancelling the subscription through the App Store or Google Play - this does not stop renewals. Another frequent error is contacting the wrong support channel (e.g., emailing Apple about a direct Fitcoach purchase) which delays resolution. People sometimes assume refunds are automatic after cancellation; in many cases you must request a refund separately and provide evidence. Finally, not keeping receipts or cancellation confirmations makes disputes harder to resolve.
Comparative recap
| Method | Refund | Difficulty |
|---|---|---|
| Cancel via Fitcoach account (website/in-app) | Possible (depends on company policy) | Low to Medium |
| Email support (support@fit-coach.io) | Possible (case-by-case) | Medium |
| Apple App Store cancellation / refund request | Handled by Apple (possible via Apple refund process) | Medium |
| Google Play cancellation / refund request | Handled by Google (possible via Google refund process) | Medium |
| Bank/card dispute or chargeback | Possible (depends on issuer and evidence) | High |
| Registered letter to company address | May support formal dispute or legal action | Medium to High (time and effort) |
After cancelling
After you cancel, confirm that renewal has stopped by checking the subscription section of your Apple ID, Google Play account, or Fitcoach account and verifying your next billing date is removed. Remove saved payment methods from the Fitcoach account if you do not intend to use the service again. If you need a refund, submit a clear request with receipts and screenshots to support@fit-coach.io (or to Apple/Google if purchased via their stores) and allow reasonable time for a response.
