This cancellation is addressed to you by certified e-mail. The sending, timestamping and content integrity are established, making it a probative document meeting electronic proof requirements. You therefore have all the necessary elements to proceed with regular processing of this cancellation, in accordance with applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with personal data protection rules, I also request:
– deletion of all my data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– closure of any associated personal account;
– and confirmation of actual data deletion according to applicable privacy rights.
I retain a complete copy of this notification as well as proof of sending.

What is Freeletics
Freeletics is a digital fitness service that offers AI-guided high‑intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts and personalised training plans through a mobile app and web platform. It sells subscriptions for access to its AI Coach and structured training programs, with purchases available via the Freeletics website, Apple App Store, or Google Play.
How to cancel Freeletics
- Cancel via the platform you used to purchase the subscription - App Store, Google Play, or the Freeletics website. For website purchases, log in at the Freeletics site, open the “Plan” tab, select your subscription and click “Cancel Subscription” to stop automatic renewal; you will retain access until the period expires and receive a confirmation email. - If you purchased via Apple, manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings (App Store / iOS settings). Apple handles refunds and subscription management for App Store purchases - see Apple Support for refunds.
- If you purchased via Google Play, cancel through Google Play > Subscriptions. Google Play handles refunds and subscription management for purchases made there - contact Google Play support for refunds.
- Deleting your Freeletics account does not automatically cancel a subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately through the purchase platform before deleting the account; see Delete your Freeletics account.
- The Freeletics Terms & Conditions also allow cancellation by post; if you prefer a paper notice, send a registered letter (raccomandata A/R) to the company address and keep the delivery receipt as proof.
What happens when you cancel
When you successfully cancel a subscription, automatic renewal is stopped so you will not be charged again at the next billing date. You will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period. A confirmation email should be sent to the account email used for the subscription; keep that email as evidence of cancellation.
Note that cancelling or deleting your Freeletics account separately from the purchase platform may not stop billing - cancellations must be completed through the platform where you bought the subscription (website, Apple, or Google). Also be aware of any data-retention policies described by Freeletics; deleting an account generally affects your account data but does not affect charges already initiated by the purchase platform.
Will I get a refund?
Freeletics’ stated policy is to offer refunds only within 14 days of the initial purchase; this policy does not apply to subscription renewals. If you purchased on the Freeletics website you can request a refund by contacting Freeletics Customer Support (use the same email linked to your account) via their support/contact form - refunds may take several days to process. For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by Apple or Google respectively - contact Apple Support or Google Play support to request a refund according to their refund policies. If you are outside the 14‑day window or the charge is a renewal, Freeletics typically does not issue refunds directly.
