What is Noom

Noom is a digital behaviour-change platform focused primarily on weight management that combines tracking tools, daily lessons, and human coaching to help users build healthier habits. The program is delivered through a mobile app and web subscription model and may include different offerings such as Noom Weight and prescription-based services (Noom Med).

How to cancel Noom

What happens when you cancel

Cancelling stops future automatic renewals but typically does not remove immediate access. For Noom subscriptions, cancellation generally takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain full access until that date. Billing for previously completed billing periods is not reversed by cancellation alone. Noom Weight: Refunds may be available if you request one within 14 days of your first charge; renewal charges are typically non-refundable.
