– and, where applicable, send me the final statement or balance confirmation.
This cancellation is sent to you by certified email. The sending, timestamping and integrity of the content are established, making it equivalent proof meeting the requirements of electronic evidence. You therefore have all the necessary elements to process this cancellation properly, in accordance with the applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and data protection regulations, I also request that you:
– delete all my personal data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– close any associated personal account;
– and confirm to me the effective deletion of data in accordance with applicable rights regarding privacy protection.

What is Noom
Noom is a digital behaviour-change platform focused primarily on weight management that combines tracking tools, daily lessons, and human coaching to help users build healthier habits. The program is delivered through a mobile app and web subscription model and may include different offerings such as Noom Weight and prescription-based services (Noom Med).
How to cancel Noom
- Via App (iOS/Android): Open the Noom app → tap your profile → Settings → Manage Subscription → follow prompts to cancel. Note that cancellation does not take effect immediately; you retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. See Noom's instructions: how to cancel.

- Via App Stores (Apple App Store / Google Play): If your subscription was purchased through Apple or Google Play, you must cancel directly through that store's subscription settings (not via the Noom app or website). - Important: Uninstalling the app alone does not cancel the subscription; use one of the methods above to stop renewals.
What happens when you cancel
Cancelling stops future automatic renewals but typically does not remove immediate access. Billing for previously completed billing periods is not reversed by cancellation alone.
