Cancellation Adplexity: Easy Method
What is Adplexity
Adplexity is a competitive intelligence tool for online advertisers that lets you research live and historical ad campaigns across multiple ad formats (native, desktop, mobile, push, adult, and YouTube). It aggregates ad creatives, landing pages, publishers, and network data to help marketers and affiliates discover trends and reverse-engineer competitors' strategies.
How to cancel Adplexity
- Sign in to your Adplexity account and look for a subscription or billing section; if an account-based cancellation option exists, follow the on-screen steps to cancel recurring billing and save any confirmation or cancellation ID.
- If you cannot cancel from the dashboard, send a written cancellation request by email to AdPlexity support (use the email address shown on their site) and request written confirmation of termination and the effective date.
- For additional proof of delivery, send a signed cancellation letter by registered mail (raccomandata A/R) to AdIntelligence Limited at the address in Section 12 and keep the postal receipt; include your account email, invoice numbers, and a clear statement requesting subscription termination.
- After cancelling, check your payment method (credit card, PayPal) and remove or disable any saved automatic payments or subscriptions to prevent future charges.
What happens when you cancel
When you cancel, your access typically continues until the end of the current paid billing period; you should receive confirmation from AdPlexity indicating the termination date. After the termination date you will lose access to the service features and saved data associated with your account unless otherwise stated by AdPlexity.
Automatic renewal should stop for future billing cycles once the cancellation is processed, but cancellations and payment reversals are subject to the provider's billing cycle and terms. Any stored reports, alerts, or account settings may be retained only for a limited time; request explicit retention or export of data before the effective cancellation date if you need records.
Will I get a refund?
Refunds are governed by AdPlexity’s Terms of Service and billing policies. Many SaaS providers do not issue automatic refunds for unused time after a paid billing period, and refunds are often handled case-by-case. Common exceptions include demonstrable billing errors, duplicate charges, or explicit refund commitments from support.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact AdPlexity support promptly, provide transaction details, and request a written decision. If AdPlexity declines and you paid by credit card or PayPal, you may have additional options through your payment provider to dispute charges. Any statutory consumer rights in Canada that mandate refunds will also apply.

Your consumer rights in Canada
Canadian consumers are protected by federal and provincial consumer protection laws that prohibit unfair business practices and false or misleading representations. If you believe a service misrepresented its features or billing, you can file a complaint with provincial consumer protection offices and may be entitled to remedies under applicable laws.
For payment disputes, Canadian consumers may also contact their financial institution to inquire about chargebacks or dispute procedures for credit card transactions, and PayPal/other payment processors often have their own buyer protection processes. Keep in mind statutory rights and deadlines may vary by province and the nature of the transaction.
Customer experiences
Users report a mix of experiences with SaaS tools like AdPlexity: many value the dataset and find the product useful for competitive research, while some customers face challenges with billing disputes, the difficulty of cancelling subscriptions depending on account settings, or delays in receiving written confirmations. Experiences often depend on whether cancellation is performed through the dashboard, email, or written mail and on provider responsiveness.
When problems arise, customers who provide clear documentation and follow up persistently (including using registered mail where appropriate) tend to reach faster resolutions than those relying on a single unconfirmed message.
Documentation checklist
- Account email and username, invoices or billing receipts, transaction IDs or payment timestamps.
- Screenshots of subscription settings and any cancellation pages, copies of email correspondence with support, and the registered-mail receipt (tracking number) if sent by post.
- Your written cancellation request and any confirmation received, relevant terms of service or pricing screenshots, and proof of identity if required by support.
Common mistakes
A frequent mistake is assuming clicking “sign out” or deleting the app cancels the subscription; subscriptions must be cancelled in the account billing settings or via explicit written instruction. Another common error is not saving confirmation IDs or email confirmations - without them it's harder to prove when cancellation was requested.
Example: a customer stops using the service but does not cancel recurring billing in both the AdPlexity dashboard and their payment provider; charges continue. Example: a user emails support but does not follow up or send a registered letter, and the provider claims no receipt - always obtain and keep proof.

| Dispute via payment provider (chargeback) | Possible for unauthorized or erroneous charges | Medium - High |
