– and, where applicable, send me the final statement or balance confirmation.
This cancellation is sent to you by certified email. The sending, timestamping and integrity of the content are established, making it equivalent proof meeting the requirements of electronic evidence. You therefore have all the necessary elements to process this cancellation properly, in accordance with the applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and data protection regulations, I also request that you:
– delete all my personal data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– close any associated personal account;
– and confirm to me the effective deletion of data in accordance with applicable rights regarding privacy protection.

How to cancel Easywp
- Turn off auto-renew in your Namecheap account: Sign in to your Namecheap account, go to Apps → Subscriptions, find the EasyWP subscription and disable auto-renew. The subscription will remain active until the paid period ends; content may be deleted after the subscription expires.
- Request immediate cancellation from EasyWP Support: Contact EasyWP / Namecheap Support (live chat or ticket) and ask for immediate cancellation. Note that immediate cancellation, once processed by support, can remove the site and its content permanently.
- If you purchased via an app store (App Store or Google Play): follow the store’s subscription and refund procedures. EasyWP documentation does not cover mobile-store subscriptions and refunds directly.
What happens when you cancel
If you only disable auto-renew, your EasyWP site remains active for the remainder of the billing period and will not renew at the next cycle. After the paid period ends, the site and associated hosting content may be deleted or made inaccessible; backups or exports you did not create before expiry could be lost. If you request an immediate cancellation through support, the site and its content can be removed permanently as soon as the support team processes the request.
Will I get a refund?
Namecheap/EasyWP’s refund practice allows refunds in certain circumstances: you may be eligible for a refund if you cancel within the first 30 days of initial sign-up (this excludes free trials). A refund may also be available if you cancel within 24 hours after a renewal. Refunds do not apply to free trial subscriptions, SSL certificates, domain-registration fees, or add-on products.
