You therefore have all the necessary elements to process this cancellation properly, in accordance with the applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.

What is Rise

Rise is a Canada-facing e-commerce store selling clothing and related products. It operates an online shop (risestore.ca) with a 30-day return/exchange window and processes orders from a central fulfilment system rather than via an identified Canada-specific subscription app.
