  • Plus or App Essentials plan customers: contact your Customer Success Manager to request cancellation; these plans cannot be cancelled from the web self-serve flow.
  • To cancel a customer membership (if you are a subscriber using the Purchases tab on a creator’s site): open Purchases, choose “End Membership,” complete any survey, and confirm. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

Will I get a refund?
