How to cancel Uscreen
- Subscriptions purchased through an app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon Appstore or Roku): cancel directly through that app store - Uscreen cannot cancel in-app purchases on your behalf. For Apple and Google, use your device account subscriptions settings.
- Via Uscreen web (self-serve): Growth plan customers can cancel from the dashboard by going to Billing → Manage Plan → Cancel Subscription. After confirming, the account stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- Plus or App Essentials plan customers: contact your Customer Success Manager to request cancellation; these plans cannot be cancelled from the web self-serve flow.
- To cancel a customer membership (if you are a subscriber using the Purchases tab on a creator’s site): open Purchases, choose “End Membership,” complete any survey, and confirm. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

Uscreen does not automatically revoke data or immediately delete account content at cancellation, but you should export or back up any content or reports you need before your access ends. Will I get a refund?
Uscreen does not state a universal 14-day statutory refund right for subscriptions; refunds are processed according to Uscreen’s procedures and the payment provider’s rules. Administrators can issue refunds via the Sales (Invoices) page by selecting an invoice and clicking Refund.
