What happens when you cancel
Cancelling a subscription stops future processing of that subscription and prevents future scheduled charges after the current processing date. If you cancel a VIP annual membership via Customer Service and meet the stated refund eligibility (for example cancelling within a specified post‑renewal window), Plexus has indicated it will refund the membership fee and cancel the membership.
Account data such as your account profile and order history are typically retained by the company for record‑keeping and support; account access may remain available for viewing past orders but future orders and renewals should cease after cancellation takes effect. Because cancellations must meet timing cutoffs, charges already processed for the current billing period will generally not be reversed unless a return/refund claim is approved under the 60‑day guarantee or other policies.
