I hereby notify you of my decision to terminate contract number relating to the Voy service. This notification constitutes a firm, clear and unequivocal intention to cancel the contract, effective at the earliest possible date or in accordance with the applicable contractual notice period.
I kindly request that you take all necessary measures to:
– cease all billing from the effective date of cancellation;
– confirm in writing the proper receipt of this request;
– and, where applicable, send me the final statement or balance confirmation.
This cancellation is sent to you by certified email. The sending, timestamping and integrity of the content are established, making it equivalent proof meeting the requirements of electronic evidence. You therefore have all the necessary elements to process this cancellation properly, in accordance with the applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and data protection regulations, I also request that you:
– delete all my personal data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– close any associated personal account;
– and confirm to me the effective deletion of data in accordance with applicable rights regarding privacy protection.
I retain a complete copy of this notification as well as proof of sending.

Cancellation Voy: Simple Process
What is Voy
Voy is a subscription-based weight-management service and app that combines prescriptions (where clinically appropriate), coaching, and an app experience to support weight loss over multi-month plans. It offers 3‑ and 6‑month plans, coaching support, and a “Money Back Promise” under specific adherence conditions.
How to cancel Voy
- Cancel online via your Voy account: go to "Manage Plans" in the app or on Voy's website and cancel once the final order of your 3‑ or 6‑month term has processed and before the next order is placed. See the Manage Plans guidance: Manage Plans (3 & 6 Month Plans).
- If your prescription has NOT yet been approved you can cancel the order without penalty via "Manage Plans" (before approval). See the returns/prescription policy: Returns & prescription policy.
- If you cancel early (before completing the paid 3‑ or 6‑month term) an early cancellation fee of £50 applies.
- If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play you must cancel through that platform (Voy cannot cancel app-store subscriptions on your behalf): App/Play terms.
- Alternatively contact Voy customer support (help@joinvoy.com) for assistance; if you prefer a formal postal cancellation, send a registered letter to the company address (see Address section below).
What happens when you cancel
When you cancel at the end of your paid 3‑ or 6‑month term the subscription will not renew and access to subscription content, coaching messages, and prescription refills will end at the conclusion of that paid period. If you cancel during a free trial, most trials end immediately. If you cancel early, Voy may apply the stated early cancellation fee and will stop future shipments and coaching once the cancellation is processed. Data associated with your account (app activity, messages, weight history) will remain subject to Voy’s privacy policy - access or retention of that data after cancellation may be limited. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancelling on that platform stops future renewals but does not change Voy’s records; for billing or refunds beyond the platform you must follow the platform’s refund processes.
Will I get a refund?
Refunds depend on the product and timing. Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once the prescription has been approved and the medications have been dispensed (distance-selling rules apply). Non-prescription items may be returned within 14 days of purchase by contacting help@joinvoy.com for a returns label.
Voy offers a conditional "Money Back Promise": if, under strict conditions (attendance in coaching, weight tracking, adherence, etc.), you do not lose at least 10% body weight after six months, you may be eligible for a prorated refund. Requests must be submitted between days 180 - 210 after the first shipment with required proof (photos and compliance evidence). Early cancellations (before completion of the paid term) generally trigger a £50 cancellation fee and limit refund eligibility.
