- If you use the facilities more than once during those 14 days, additional visits beyond the first may be charged at the Day Pass rate; refunds will be adjusted accordingly.

- There are generally no refunds for prepaid fees after the cooling-off period, except where early termination for permanent illness or injury is approved with valid documentation.
