What happens when you cancel
Order status and delivery
If cancellation is accepted before dispatch, the warehouse will not ship the order and the order will be marked cancelled in the system.
If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not accepted; you must follow the returns policy once you receive the shipment.
Account and records
Cancelling an order does not automatically delete account records; the company retains transaction records for accounting and legal compliance.
Consultant contract termination ends future contractual obligations, but returns and refunds remain subject to the Cooling Off Period terms.

Refund policy (consumer)
- Under the "Love It Guarantee" customers and advisors can return saleable products, or products partially used up to 25%, within 30 days of purchase for a 100% refund: Satisfaction Guarantee.
- Certain items (bundled packs, many weight-management products like Shape Shift shakes, and consumables) are excluded from the Love It Guarantee except when there is a quality issue.
Timing, method and exceptions
- Refunds are issued to the original payor. Cash refunds are available if the refund amount is ≤ Rs.1,000 (issued immediately), otherwise refunds are typically via bank transfer.
