Cancellation Athletic Greens: Easy Method

What is Athletic Greens

Overview

Athletic Greens (commonly AG1) is a daily nutritional greens powder formulated to provide vitamins, minerals, probiotics and plant extracts in a single serving.

It is sold as single tubs, pouches and travel packets, and is available as a direct subscription from the brand or via third‑party resellers and app stores in some markets.

Common uses

People typically use AG1 for daily micronutrient support, digestion and energy support, or as a convenient supplement to diet.

Packaging, pricing and availability can differ between direct orders and imported reseller listings in India.

How to cancel Athletic Greens

Cancel if you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play

• iPhone/iPad: Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, find Athletic Greens/AG1 and Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions, find Athletic Greens/AG1 and Cancel Subscription.
• Athletic Greens cannot cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions for you; you must cancel via the store.

Cancel direct subscriptions (drinkag1.com)

• Log in to your member portal on the Athletic Greens site and go to "Manage Subscription".
• Cancel at least 24 - 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that shipment.
• Alternatively contact support by email at [email protected] or use live chat on the site to request cancellation.
• See the brand's published terms for additional details: AG1 terms & conditions.

What happens when you cancel

Billing and future shipments

Once cancellation is confirmed, future billing and scheduled shipments stop for upcoming cycles.

If you cancel after an order has already been processed, that shipment is typically still sent and charged.

Account access and reactivation

Most accounts remain active after cancellation so you can access order history and re‑subscribe later if desired.

Reactivation is usually possible through your member portal or by contacting customer support.

Will I get a refund?

Standard money‑back guarantee

Athletic Greens advertises a money‑back guarantee in many markets, commonly up to 60 days for unused product and sometimes up to 90 days for first‑time orders.

Refunds typically require returned product (return shipping paid by the customer) and are usually limited to one refund per household; processing can take several weeks.

Exceptions and regional rules

• Opened or used product may be excluded from full refunds; follow the brand's return instructions.
• UK/EU distance‑selling rights (14‑day cancellation) appear in AG1 terms for those regions, but those statutory rights may not apply in India for imported purchases.
• For reference on refund timing and policies see third‑party summaries: Postclic cancellation guide and JoinChargeback summary.

Your consumer rights in India

Statutory protections

Indian consumers are protected under the Consumer Protection Act and related rules for defective or misdescribed goods.

However, applying cross‑border/ imported purchase rules can be more complex than domestic purchases.

Marketplace and reseller differences

• If you buy from an Indian reseller (for example Ubuy), you must follow that seller's return policy, which may differ from AG1's direct policy.
• Some resellers list a 30‑day return window; confirm the seller page and keep purchase records. (See a sample reseller listing: Ubuy product page.)

Customer experiences

Positive feedback

Reviews aggregated on the brand site show many users reporting increased energy, improved digestion and a generally positive experience.

Editorial praise exists: AG1 has been named among top greens powders for taste and ingredient breadth by independent outlets.

See a high‑level review summary: BrandRated breakdown and an editorial mention: Bon Appétit.

Negative feedback

Some users report taste issues, formula changes, gastrointestinal discomfort or dissatisfaction with value for money.

Customer service and shipment problems are occasionally reported for certain purchases, especially with third‑party sellers or import listings.

Documentation checklist

What to have ready before requesting cancellation or refund

• Order number and purchase date
• Account email used for the subscription or order
• Subscription ID (if available) or screenshot of your member portal
• Payment method details and transaction reference

If returning product

• Photos of the product and packaging (showing unopened seal if applicable)
• Courier tracking number and proof of postage for returns
• Invoice or receipt and any communication with customer support

Common mistakes

Expecting the brand to cancel App Store subscriptions

Many customers try to cancel through Athletic Greens support but forget that Apple/Google subscriptions must be cancelled in the store.

Always double‑check which channel you used to subscribe before contacting support.

Waiting too close to shipment

Cancelling within a few hours of the next scheduled shipment can still result in that order being processed and charged.

Cancel at least 24 - 48 hours before the next shipment as a safe rule.
