What happens when you cancel
Before the doctor signs
If you cancel before clinician review, the order is stopped and not sent to the pharmacy.
Any charges that have not completed processing are typically prevented from being sent to the pharmacy.
After the doctor signs
Once the doctor reviews and signs the prescription it is sent to the pharmacy and cannot be cancelled.
Orders already sent to the pharmacy will proceed to fulfilment and shipment as per Musely policy.
