Access and deliveries

Cancelling a SmartShip stops future shipments after the cancellation takes effect; charges already processed for an imminent shipment may not be refunded.

For SmartShip you must cancel at least three business days before the next shipment to prevent the next charge.

Account and data

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically close your customer account or delete personal data; request full account closure separately.

To fully close a customer account you must open a support ticket and include intent, date, username, reason and signature (email signature is acceptable).
