What happens when you cancel
Effect on scheduled services
Cancelling within the allowed window removes the appointment from the schedule and stops the cleaner assignment.
If you cancel within 6 hours of the appointment, you will not receive a refund for that cleaning (per company policy).
Account, access and data
Canceling recurring cleanings stops future bookings but does not delete your account or history automatically.
Membership settings (including auto-renew) remain active until you explicitly cancel the membership in Account Settings.
