How to cancel Sideline
Cancel on iOS (Apple App Store)
- Open iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Sideline → Cancel Subscription.

Cancel on Android (Google Play Store)
- If you have Sideline app version 3.57 or newer: open Sideline → Settings → Sideline Subscription → Manage Subscription (this redirects to Google Play).

Cancel on the Web (Google Play web interface)
- Go to Google Play on the web, sign in, open Subscriptions & services, then click Manage next to the Sideline subscription to cancel.

- Enterprise subscriptions require notice by email to cancel. Per Sideline terms, send cancellation notice to cancel@sideline.com.

Timing and important notes

- Uninstalling the app will not stop an active subscription; you must cancel via the App Store or Google Play (or by enterprise email where applicable).
What happens when you cancel
Access after cancellation
After you cancel, you keep access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Renewal and automatic billing
Once canceled, the subscription will not automatically renew at the next billing date. Automatic renewal continues until you cancel through the applicable App Store or Google Play.
Account and data

Will I get a refund?
Refunds for Google Play purchases
- Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play must be requested via Google Play’s refund process.
- You can also contact Sideline support with your Google Play receipt and order number, but Google handles the refund decision.
Refunds for Apple App Store purchases
- Sideline Support cannot process Apple refunds. Requests for refunds on iOS purchases must be submitted to Apple through the App Store or Apple’s report-a-problem system.
- There is no Sideline-published “14-day right” refund policy; availability of refunds depends on the App Store or Google Play policies.
