Cancellation Voxi: Easy Method
What is Voxi
Overview
Voxi is a UK-based mobile virtual network service aimed at younger users, operating on Vodafone’s network and offering subscription-style plans with features such as social media that does not consume data.
Voxi is primarily a UK product and does not have officially published India plans or INR pricing for 2024/2025; most public information and terms reference UK operations and billing.
Where it operates
Voxi’s services, terms and customer channels are designed for the UK market; Indian customers should note the supplier is a UK entity and may be subject to UK terms and processes.
For Voxi terms and official contact details, see the provider’s local terms page.
How to cancel Voxi
Cancel via the Voxi app or website (web-managed plans)
- Log in to your account on the Voxi app or website.
- Go to "Plans" → select "Stop plan" to cancel the plan. The service remains active until the end of the current 30‑day billing cycle; billing then stops.
- Keep a screenshot or confirmation message after you complete the "Stop plan" flow for your records.
See the vendor guidance and terms for web-managed cancellations.
Cancel subscriptions billed via Apple App Store or Google Play
- If your Voxi plan is billed through Apple or Google, you must cancel the subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions.
- Cancelling inside the Voxi app or on the Voxi website will not stop charges that are billed by Apple or Google.
- Open your device’s subscription settings (Apple ID or Google Play) and cancel there to stop future charges.
Always verify the subscription shows as cancelled in the store account to avoid further billing.
Porting your number (PAC / STAC)
- If you wish to move your number to another provider, request a PAC (Porting Authorization Code) or STAC from the gaining operator as applicable.
- Once porting completes, your Voxi agreement ends immediately and charges from Voxi stop at that point.
Porting is an alternative to the normal cancellation flow if you want to keep your number with a different provider.
What happens when you cancel
Service access after cancellation
For web-managed cancellations the service remains active until the end of the current 30‑day billing cycle; you can continue to use your allowance until that date.
If you port your number away (PAC/STAC) the Voxi service ends as soon as the port completes.
Billing and renewals
If you cancelled via the App Store or Google Play you must cancel in that store to stop recurring charges there; otherwise those store-billed charges will continue.
After a successful cancellation (or successful port), Voxi should stop billing for future cycles. Keep confirmation records in case you need to dispute charges.
Will I get a refund?
Refunds for unused credit and bundles
- You may request a refund via Voxi webchat within 60 days after your agreement ends for unused credit or wholly unused, unexpired bundles bought on or after 17 December 2021.
- Refunds are subject to an administrative fee of 5% of the refund amount, capped at £5.
Requests must be made through Voxi’s support channels; retain purchase and usage records to support any refund claim.
Refunds and returns for devices/goods
- Online goods (devices) benefit from a 14‑day cooling‑off period for change‑of‑mind returns; returns and refunds are allowed within this window.
- Faulty devices may be exchanged or refunded - exchanges typically within 30 days; after that repairs or replacements may apply under warranty.
For device returns and fault handling, follow the seller’s device returns process and keep proof of purchase and communications.
Voxi plans and pricing
Official India pricing availability

Your consumer rights in India
General consumer protection guidance
Indian consumers are protected by national consumer protection laws and have general rights such as seeking remedies for faulty goods, unfair trade practices, and misrepresentation.
If you bought a device or service cross‑border, local remedies may still apply but practical enforcement can be more complex.
Practical steps for India-based customers
- Keep proof of purchase, screenshots of chats, and transaction receipts for disputes.
- If payment was made by card, contact your bank or card issuer about chargeback or dispute procedures for unwanted charges.
- For App Store/Google Play billing, use the store’s dispute and refund processes in addition to contacting Voxi.
Customer experiences
Positive feedback
- Some users report reliable service once transfers completed, and satisfactory roaming speeds in certain destinations.
- Other users note a full Vodafone network experience and good value for the features received.
Negative feedback
- Many customers report poor customer service experiences, including long or repeated interactions to resolve issues.
- Complaints include website unreliability, problematic phone ordering, lengthy webchat sessions just to cancel, and localized connectivity issues.
Documentation checklist
Before you cancel
- Account email, mobile number and any account ID shown in your Voxi account.
- Payment method details and proof of the last payment (card/bank statement or store receipt).
- Screenshots or confirmation of your plan details and billing cycle date.
For refunds, returns or porting
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice), device IMEI if relevant, and warranty documentation.
- Screenshots of any webchat or support communications and the date/time of those exchanges.
- Keep the PAC/STAC code and porting dates if you are transferring your number away.
Common mistakes
Billing and subscription errors
Failing to cancel the subscription in Apple App Store or Google Play when your plan is billed through those stores can result in continued charges despite cancelling inside the Voxi app.
Always verify and keep a screenshot of the subscription status in the store after cancelling.
Process and evidence mistakes
Not requesting or saving a PAC/STAC before switching providers can complicate number transfers or result in unintended service lapses.
Not saving confirmation messages, receipts or webchat transcripts makes disputes and refund requests harder to resolve.
Comparative recap
Quick comparison
The table below summarizes the main cancellation routes and their immediate effect on billing and service.
Key takeaway
Choose the method that matches how you are billed (store billing vs web billing) and keep records for proof.
| Method | Effect on billing | When service ends | (period) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Voxi app / website cancel | Stops Voxi billing after current cycle (web‑managed plans) | End of current 30‑day billing cycle | One billing cycle |
| Cancel in Apple / Google subscription | Stops store‑billed recurring charges from that store | Depends on store; usually end of paid period | Store billing period |
| Port number (PAC/STAC) | Voxi billing ends immediately when port completes | At completion of port | Immediate on port |
After cancelling
Confirmations and follow-up
Keep cancellation confirmations, subscription screenshots and any webchat transcripts in case you need to request a refund or dispute further charges.
If you were billed through Apple/Google, confirm the subscription is cancelled in the store account as well.
