You therefore have all the necessary elements to proceed with regular processing of this cancellation, in accordance with applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with personal data protection rules, I also request:

– closure of any associated personal account;

How to cancel Sride
Cancel a single ride (web / app)
- Open My Trips or MyRides on the app or website.
- Tap Edit on the specific trip and choose Cancel, or click the delete button on the MyRides page.

- For recurring rides, cancel an individual occurrence or pause the recurring schedule from ride settings.

What happens when you cancel
Access and booking state
If you cancel a scheduled trip before it starts, the trip is removed from your upcoming trips list and cannot be reactivated.
Credits, data and renewals
If the ride was accepted and payment had been deducted, the refunded amount is usually returned as sRide Credits provided the cancellation occurs before the ride starts.
Subscription access remains active until the paid period ends; cancellations do not usually produce pro-rata access or automatic subscription refunds (see refund section).

Subscription purchases
Subscription-based purchases (for example, lumpsum packages or Prime membership) are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once made.
Carpool/ride refunds and exceptions
- If a carpool ride is cancelled before the ride starts and money was deducted, the amount is credited automatically as SRIDE Credits.
- Cancellations after a ride has been completed by the car-owner are not allowed and will not generate refunds.
- If an automatic credit or refund does not appear, contact support with ride details and timestamps.
