Will I get a refund?
General refund position
StyleSeat is a software provider and does not itself issue refunds for services or fees charged by professionals.
Refunds for late-cancel or no-show charges
- Professionals may have No-Show / Late-Cancellation policies (examples: Moderate or Strict tiers with percentage fees).
- Any refund for those charges must come directly from the professional; StyleSeat disclaims authority to issue such refunds.
Subscription and billing refunds
- If you cancel a StyleSeat subscription more than 48 hours before the end of your trial or billing cycle, you will not be charged for the next cycle.
- There is no prorated refund for an active paid period; access continues until the paid term ends but refunds are not provided by StyleSeat.
