Renewal and billing
Auto-renewal stops after you cancel, so you will not be billed again. If you re-subscribe later, billing and benefits will follow the then-current plan and price.

General refund policy
Most subscriptions (CarouBiz) and Carousell fees such as Bumps, Shoutouts, Buyer Magnet fees and listing packages are non-refundable, even if the account is suspended or content removed.

- Refunds are available under certified seller return policies when items are significantly not as described, not received, proven inauthentic (for luxury), or faulty electronics.
