Cancellation Meundies: Easy Method

What is Meundies

Overview

Meundies is a direct-to-consumer brand selling underwear and loungewear, offering both one-time purchases and a membership/subscription service that provides member pricing and recurring shipments.

How the membership works

Members receive discounted pricing and periodic shipments that can be customised. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through the appropriate account or platform settings.

How to cancel Meundies

Cancel via website (MeUndies.com)

• Log in at MeUndies.com and go to Membership in your account settings.
• Click “Skip” or “Unsubscribe” before the 5th of the month to avoid the next billing cycle.
• You keep membership benefits through the current paid period after cancelling.
• If you need help, MeUndies support can be contacted by email at [email protected] or by phone at 888-552-6775.
• Third-party guide: MeUndies cancellation guide.

Cancel via mobile app stores

• iOS (App Store): Cancel from your Apple ID > Subscriptions. Deleting the MeUndies app does not stop the subscription.
• Android (Google Play): Cancel from Play Store > Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app alone will not cancel billing.
• Platform refunds and cancellation confirmations follow Apple/Google rules and cannot be changed from MeUndies’ site.

What happens when you cancel

Billing and access

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges; you retain membership benefits for the remainder of the already-paid period.

Account data and orders

Your account and order history typically remain accessible. For questions about data retention or specific orders, contact MeUndies support at [email protected] or 888-552-6775.

Will I get a refund?

MeUndies return window and eligibility

MeUndies offers a 45-day return window for eligible products that are unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.

• Once a return is received, refunds are usually processed within about 3 business days.
• Bank posting of the refund can take approximately 2 - 7 business days after processing.
• Certain items are final sale (e.g., Mystery Packs, Face Masks, Face Gaiters) and are not eligible for return or refund.

App-store subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions purchased via Apple or Google are managed by those platforms; refund or cancellation disputes must follow their procedures.

MeUndies’ own 45-day policy does not override App Store or Google Play billing and refund rules.

Your consumer rights in India

General e-commerce protections

Indian consumer protection and e-commerce rules require clear return/refund processes and grievance redressal for online purchases.

Keep transaction records and confirmations to support any claim under Indian law.

How MeUndies’ policy aligns

• MeUndies offers a 45-day return window, which is generally more generous than many standard 7 - 14 day expectations.
• There is no explicit 14-day statutory “cooling-off” statement in MeUndies’ publicly summarised policy.
• App-store purchases follow the app store’s rules rather than MeUndies’ site terms.

Customer experiences

Positive feedback

Many customers praise MeUndies for ultra-soft fabrics, comfortable fit, and responsive customer service for shipping or damaged-item issues.

Some India listings specifically highlight the fabric comfort and breathability.

Negative feedback

Common complaints include shipping delays, website or subscription glitches, difficulty cancelling, and reported declines in fabric durability over long-term use.

Users also mention occasional sizing inconsistency and communications about stock or plus-sizing availability.

Documentation checklist

Order and account records

• Order confirmation email and invoice/receipt.
• Account screenshot showing subscription status and membership page.
• Payment method transaction record or bank statement entry.

Damage or return evidence

• Clear photos of defects or damage (if claiming a damaged item).
• Return shipping tracking number and proof of postage.
• Any support correspondence (email threads, chat transcripts).

Common mistakes

Uninstalling the app instead of cancelling

Deleting the MeUndies app does not cancel an App Store or Play Store subscription. Cancel through the store’s subscription settings.

Missing the cancellation cut-off

Waiting until after the 5th of the month can cause the next billing to go through. Cancel or skip before the 5th to avoid the upcoming charge.

Assuming a 14-day cooling-off applies

MeUndies publicly documents a 45-day return period; it does not advertise a 14-day automatic cooling-off worldwide. Don’t assume a 14-day statutory refund unless local law explicitly provides one.
