- If you pay by card, notify Brand24 at least 7 days before the start of the next subscription period to stop renewal.
- After you notify, you will keep access until the end of the paid billing period.
Cancel App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) subscriptions
- If subscribed via the App Store, cancel through your Apple ID > Subscriptions in your device settings; Brand24 cannot cancel it for you.
- If subscribed via Google Play, cancel via the Play Store app: Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions; Brand24 cannot cancel or refund these.
What happens when you cancel
Access and renewal
For web-based subscriptions cancelled through Brand24, your account remains active until the paid period expires. After that date the subscription will not renew.
Data and account state
Brand24 does not renew billing after cancellation; account data and retention policies are governed by Brand24 terms. Export any critical reports or data before your access ends.
Will I get a refund?
Web-based subscription refund policy
Brand24's Terms generally state users are not entitled to refunds for subscription fees already paid. No refund is standard for paid periods that have already started.
Exceptions and in-app subscriptions
- Terms include a narrow exception allowing a refund of the fee up to one month back if the user did not use the Service; this is case-dependent.
- App Store and Google Play refunds are handled by Apple/Google and are subject to those platforms' policies (Brand24 cannot issue those refunds).
- Free trials (14 days, Pro features) require no payment, so refund is not applicable for trials.
