What happens when you cancel
Access to your Burner number
After cancelling, your active subscription typically remains usable until the end of the paid period.
Once the subscription expires, the burner line may be reclaimed and you could lose access to calls and messages on that number.
Billing and renewals
Cancellation stops auto-renewal; you are usually not charged again after the current period ends.
Platform purchases (App Store/Google Play) are managed by Apple/Google; Burner cannot directly stop or refund those charges.
Data and account status
Messages and call logs associated with a cancelled number may be removed when a number expires or is reclaimed.
If you plan to retain records, export or screenshot necessary conversations before the subscription ends.
Will I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases (iOS)
Burner cannot issue refunds for subscriptions purchased via the App Store.
