This cancellation is addressed to you by certified e-mail. The sending, timestamping and content integrity are established, making it a probative document meeting electronic proof requirements. You therefore have all the necessary elements to proceed with regular processing of this cancellation, in accordance with applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with personal data protection rules, I also request:
– deletion of all my data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– closure of any associated personal account;
– and confirmation of actual data deletion according to applicable privacy rights.
I retain a complete copy of this notification as well as proof of sending.

- Processing time may apply and cancellations typically take effect at the end of the paid term.
What happens when you cancel
Access after cancellation
When you cancel, your paid subscription usually remains active until the end of the current billing period.
After the paid term ends, premium features will be removed and your account reverts to the free or limited tier.
Billing and renewals
Cancellations stop future renewals but do not automatically refund past charges unless a refund is approved under the provider’s policy.
For store purchases, Apple or Google control in-app billing and renewals; Effecto cannot override those store processes directly.
Will I get a refund?
Direct / Web purchases (Lemon Squeezy)
- Effecto’s stated policy: no refund unless the product is proven faulty. Requests must be made within 14 days with description and visual proof of the fault.
- Lemon Squeezy specifics (as reported): full refund may be possible within the first billing period (14 days). Partial or processing-fee deductions may apply for later requests.
