When you cancel, your paid subscription remains active until the end of the current billing or license period.
After the period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Basic (free) plan and paid features will no longer be available.
Renewals and billing
Auto-renewal stops at the end of the current term; you will not be charged for the next period after cancellation takes effect.
For mobile purchases, renewals are controlled by Apple or Google Play; cancel there to stop auto‑renewal.
Data retention
Your maps and account data typically remain available on the free plan, though some features (exports, attachments) may be disabled after downgrade.
If you plan to delete your account, export or back up important maps before closing the account.
Will I get a refund?
