After you cancel, you retain Premium access until the end of the current paid billing cycle. The app does not immediately revoke access on cancellation.
Renewal and billing
Auto-renewal is turned off when you cancel via the billing platform. Deleting the Planta app or your Planta account does not stop billing - cancel through the billing platform used to subscribe.
Data and account
Your plant data and account remain available unless you explicitly delete your Planta account. Deleting the account is separate from subscription cancellation.

Planta states a 14-day right of withdrawal if you have not started using Premium services. You can request a refund within 14 days of the subscription confirmation email only if Premium features were not used.
