When you cancel a FIXD-managed subscription, future recurring charges stop and you keep free app features as long as you own the sensor.
If you paid through Apple or Google, the platform manages the subscription and access - check the store for how long access continues after cancellation.
Renewals and billing
Cancelling prevents future renewals; it does not automatically produce refunds unless you meet FIXD or store refund policies.
Annual renewals beyond the first year are generally non‑refundable under FIXD’s stated policy.
Data and account
Your account and any diagnostic history typically remain available after cancelling, but paid Premium features are removed when your subscription ends.
