Access and billing

When you cancel a paid StreamYard subscription purchased directly, you retain paid features until the end of the current billing cycle. Your account then reverts to the Free plan at the cycle end.

Recordings and data

Recordings and paid-feature data created during the paid term may no longer be accessible after your subscription ends. Make copies of important recordings before the plan expiry.

Will I get a refund?
