Will I get a refund?
Standard refund policy
Dreamstime allows refund requests within 30 days from the purchase date if the plan (credits or subscription) has not been used to download any media.
Submit refund requests to customer support with order details and evidence that no downloads were used.
Important exceptions and conditions
- No refund for the first subscription fee charged after a promo deal if any media was downloaded during the promo period.
- If your yearly subscription is billed in installments, it cannot be stopped and refunded once the first renewal payment is in effect.
