– closure of any associated personal account;

Access and features

For annual plans you can often either cancel immediately or turn off auto-renew; if you turn off auto-renew your account typically remains active until the end of the paid year.
Data and galleries
Your galleries, files and settings usually remain in the account while the plan is active; after access ends, files may be restricted or removed according to Pixieset’s retention policies.
Always export or back up any original files or data you need before cancelling to avoid loss of access.
Will I get a refund?
General refund policy
Pixieset’s public policy states that refunds are not normally provided, except at Pixieset’s sole discretion or where required by law.
There is no automatic 14-day cooling-off or refund right in Pixieset’s standard terms for subscriptions.

- Physical prints or products bought through a Pixieset Store are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.
