App Store / Google Play purchases
Refunds for in-app purchases made through Apple or Google must be requested from Apple or Google directly. ELSA cannot directly issue refunds for purchases billed by those stores.
Web purchases (direct on ELSA website)
- Refund requests for web purchases must be sent to support@elsanow.io within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method and can take about 30 business days to process.
