You therefore have all the necessary elements to proceed with regular processing of this cancellation, in accordance with applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with personal data protection rules, I also request:

– closure of any associated personal account;

What happens when you cancel
Access after cancellation
If you cancel an active subscription it typically remains usable until the current paid period ends.
After the paid period expires you will lose access to premium content unless you resubscribe or repurchase.
Account data and renewals
Your account and progress data are usually retained unless you request deletion from support.
To avoid unexpected renewals, cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date rather than deleting the app.
Will I get a refund?
Web (direct) subscription refunds
By purchasing a direct web subscription you agree access begins immediately and you waive the statutory right of withdrawal/refund for any unused period.
However, refunds may be granted for technical malfunctions if reported within 30 days of the latest subscription payment.

- App Store purchases: Apple handles refunds; IntellectoKids cannot issue them directly.
