What happens when you cancel

Access and recurring payments

Cancelling an app subscription stops future recurring charges through the platform (Google Play or App Store).

Access to subscription features normally ends at the end of the current paid period unless platform terms state otherwise.

Stored value, cards and merchant services

For FlashPay cards, refunds or redemption disable the card or require surrender at customer service points.

For merchant services, contract termination follows the merchant agreement and may involve final settlements and reconciliation windows.

Will I get a refund?

Refunds for app subscriptions

• Google Play: a short automatic refund/undo option exists for very recent purchases (about 15 minutes). After that, refunds depend on the app developer’s policy. Google Play FAQ
• App Store (iOS): refunds are handled via Apple’s support and developers may issue refunds per App Store processes.

Refunds for NETS services and cards
