When you cancel a direct web subscription, your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Will I get a refund?
Web (direct) subscription refunds
Web subscribers have a 14-day Cancellation Period from sign-up to change their mind and receive a refund unless they have started using the service during that period.
If you cancel within this period and have not used the service in a way that voids the right, a refund may be issued. See: Fiit Terms & Conditions.
After the cancellation period or free trial
Outside the 14-day Cancellation Period or after a free trial ends, Fiit’s policy states subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law.
This means most renewals and completed billing periods are not refunded under Fiit’s standard policy.
