You therefore have all the necessary elements to proceed with regular processing of this cancellation, in accordance with applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with personal data protection rules, I also request:

– closure of any associated personal account;

- There is no general right to refunds through FitCoach for purchases made via Apple or Google.
- Refund requests for those purchases must be submitted directly to Apple or Google through their store refund processes.
Web/direct purchases and the 14‑day right
- For purchases made directly on FitCoach, refunds are considered case-by-case; contact support@fit-coach.io to request a refund citing the Refund Policy.
- FitCoach’s Terms & Conditions provide a 14‑day withdrawal (cooling-off) right from the date of contract; reimbursement must be processed within 14 days of notice, minus proportional costs for services already provided.
