You therefore have all the necessary elements to proceed with regular processing of this cancellation, in accordance with applicable principles regarding written notification and contractual freedom.
In accordance with personal data protection rules, I also request:
– deletion of all my data not necessary for your legal or accounting obligations;
– closure of any associated personal account;
– and confirmation of actual data deletion according to applicable privacy rights.

How to cancel Burpple
Cancel via the Burpple app (iOS & Android)
- Open the Burpple app and go to Profile → Membership Details → Cancel Subscription.
- Turning off auto-renewal stops future billing; your membership remains active until the end of the paid period.
- If you are within 14 days of an upcoming auto-renewal and need help, contact support at help@burpple.com.
Cancel via web / direct purchases
- Burpple Beyond bought directly on the website is auto-renewed annually or monthly and requires advance notice to stop renewal.
- You must inform Burpple at least 14 days before the next annual period or 7 days before the next monthly period to avoid renewal.
- If your purchase was processed through Apple or Google, cancel the subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play account settings for that Apple/Google ID.
What happens when you cancel
Access to benefits
Cancelling auto-renewal will not immediately remove access; your membership remains valid until the end of the paid billing cycle.
You can continue to use Burpple Beyond deals for the remainder of that period.
Billing and account records
Turning off auto-renew prevents further charges but does not produce a refund for time already paid.
For in-app purchases, billing queries and receipts are managed by Apple or Google; Burpple cannot change the platform’s billing records.

Burpple Beyond membership fees are strictly non-refundable, even if you cancel before the end of a paid period, unless otherwise stated at time of purchase.
