Cancellation Exitlag: Easy Method
What is Exitlag
Service overview
Exitlag is a gaming network optimization service that routes game traffic through optimized paths to reduce ping, packet loss and instability. It is designed for Windows, Android and iOS devices and supports many online titles.
Primary benefits
Typical benefits include lower latency, fewer spikes, and a smoother online gaming experience for titles such as Valorant and League of Legends. Results vary by location, ISP and game server.
How to cancel Exitlag
Cancel via Web (ExitLag website)
- Log in to your ExitLag account on the website.
- Go to My Account → Manage Subscription / Plan Management.
- Click the cancellation link near “Recurring Charge” and complete the brief confirmation form.
- Your access remains until the end of the paid billing period.
Cancel via iOS (App Store) or Android (Google Play)
- iOS: Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ExitLag → Cancel Subscription. ExitLag cannot cancel App Store subscriptions for you.
- Android: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → ExitLag → Cancel Subscription. ExitLag does not handle Google Play cancellations for you.
What happens when you cancel
Access after cancellation
When you cancel a subscription through the website, your ExitLag access remains active until the paid billing period ends.
For App Store and Google Play cancellations, the store manages access and will typically allow usage until the current billing period expires.
Renewals and account data
Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically delete your ExitLag account or stored settings. Your account data may remain unless you request deletion.
If you re-subscribe before the period ends, billing and access rules follow the platform’s standard processes.
Will I get a refund?
Standard refund policy
ExitLag’s terms state there are generally no refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods or unused content, to the extent permitted by law.
Refunds after partial use are not guaranteed and are reviewed under ExitLag’s policies and legal limits.
Exceptions and third-party purchases
- New users: a 3-day free trial applies; there is a 7-day withdrawal window for the first subscription where refunds may be possible.
- App Store and Google Play purchases: refunds must be requested through Apple or Google according to their rules; ExitLag cannot process these refunds.
- Non-refundable payment methods: cryptocurrency, SBP Russo, Perfect Money, and certain P2P card payments are explicitly non-refundable due to platform limitations.

Your consumer rights in Singapore
Basic statutory protections
Consumers in Singapore have statutory protections for digital services that are faulty, not as described, or not supplied as agreed. This can affect refund and remedy rights under local consumer protection laws.
These statutory rights operate in addition to ExitLag’s stated refund and cancellation terms.
Practical steps for Singapore consumers
- Keep purchase receipts and transaction records (store receipts or card statements).
- Contact ExitLag support first if the service fails; escalate to your payment provider if unresolved.
- If purchased via App Store or Google Play, use Apple/Google refund channels and their dispute processes.
Customer experiences
Positive reports
- Many users report noticeably reduced ping and smoother gameplay in titles like Valorant and League of Legends (Trustpilot reviews, Feb 2026).
- Support is often described as friendly and helpful for configuration issues in several reviews.
Negative reports
- Complaints include unexpected auto-renewals and perceived difficulty cancelling subscriptions (reviews on Trustpilot, Reddit and summaries on Postclic).
- Refund requests are often denied outside the initial refund window; some users report billing and customer-support frustrations.
Documentation checklist
Before you cancel
- Account email and ExitLag account login details (username or registered email).
- Order ID, transaction ID, invoice or receipt for the subscription purchase.
If requesting a refund or dispute
- Screenshot of subscription settings showing recurring charge or renewal date.
- Store receipts for App Store/Google Play purchases (these are required if you seek refunds through Apple/Google).
- Proof of failed service (timestamps, logs, or screenshots of lag/connection errors where applicable).
Common mistakes
Canceling the wrong way
Example: cancelling on the ExitLag website when you actually subscribed through Apple or Google. Store subscriptions must be cancelled in the App Store or Google Play.
Missing renewal windows and refund expectations
Example: expecting a refund after the initial 7-day withdrawal window or for partially used months. ExitLag’s policy generally disallows pro-rata refunds outside the stated exceptions.
