- Monthly additional services: refund if cancelled within 3 days of initial registration (not applicable to renewals).
- Annual additional services: refund if cancelled within 14 days of initial registration (not applicable to renewals).
- No refunds are issued for renewals of Additional Services under Canary policy.

- Equipment bought directly from Canary online: eligible for a full refund if returned within 60 days (international orders excluded).
