Cancel scheduled ecards
- Scheduled ecards (web) can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- Immediate-send ecards cannot be cancelled or retrieved once sent.

Access after cancellation
When you cancel, you will generally keep access to your membership for the remainder of the paid period unless otherwise specified in the Terms.
Auto-renewal and notifications
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Reminder notices are sent at least 14 days ahead and you must cancel at least 5 days before renewal to prevent the next charge.
Data and account
Account details, address book entries and sent ecard history are retained as described in Blue Mountain’s Terms and privacy policy. You may wish to export or record any information before closing your account.
Will I get a refund?
Cooling-off period for Singapore
If you are in Singapore (outside US/Canada), you have a 14-day cooling-off right starting the day after you subscribe, including on renewals.
Refunds are provided minus a reasonable sum for any ecards that were sent during the paid period.
How refunds are processed
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your termination notice.
- Digital gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Gift cards and third-party providers
Digital gift cards purchased through Blue Mountain are not refundable; where a third-party provider (e.g., Jifiti) is involved you must contact that provider for any potential refunds.
