Cancel via web (workspace owner/admin)
- Log into Clockify on the web as a workspace owner or admin.
- Go to Workspace → Settings → Subscription or Billing tab.
- Click “Cancel subscription” and confirm the cancellation.
Cancel via app stores (iOS / Google Play)

What happens when you cancel
Access after cancellation
After you cancel, paid features remain available until the end of your current billing period.
At the billing period end the workspace downgrades to the Free plan; your tracked data remains accessible under the Free tier.
Renewals and seats
Cancellation stops future billing for the subscription being cancelled; seats and paid features will not renew at the next billing cycle.
If you removed seats or downgraded voluntarily, those changes typically do not trigger refunds (see refund section).
Will I get a refund?
Standard policy
Clockify generally does not issue cash refunds for unused portions of a billing period or voluntary downgrades.
Exceptions and claims
- Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases, such as billing mistakes caused by system errors.
- If you believe an incorrect charge occurred, contact support with documentation and ask for review of a possible refund or credit.
