• Cancel in the Stripe portal; access typically continues until the end of the paid period.

What happens when you cancel

Access and renewal

Cancellation made through the web or Stripe remains effective at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until that date.

App Store and Google Play cancellations stop future renewals through those stores; manage these from your device account settings.

Data and team membership

Your files and FigJam boards remain in your account but features tied to paid seats may be restricted once the billing period ends.

If you are not the billing admin, you may be unable to cancel - contact your account admin to make changes.

Will I get a refund?

Standard web refund policy

Web subscriptions (including annual plans billed monthly) are generally non‑refundable and do not receive prorated refunds after cancellation, except for billing errors or where required by law.

GST and Singapore-specific refunds
