What happens when you cancel
Account status after expiry
After a paid period ends, the account automatically reverts to the Basic (free) tier at the end of the term.
No further charges are applied once the paid period completes and the subscription is not renewed.
Content and downloads
Your documents remain saved in the account but premium features (extra templates, cover letters, extended page limits and downloads) will be disabled.
If you need a final download, export your documents before the paid period expires.
Will I get a refund?
14-day refund policy for first upgrade
Novorésumé offers a 14‑day money‑back guarantee that applies only to your first upgrade purchase.

Exceptions and download rule
- If you have begun downloading content, the Right of Withdrawal is forfeited and a refund will not be issued under their Terms of Use.
