Cancellation Alidrop: Easy Method

What is Alidrop

Overview

Alidrop is a dropshipping service and tool that helps users source products from marketplaces such as AliExpress and Alibaba, automate order fulfillment, and manage inventory and tracking.

Primary functions

The service offers product importing, order automation and tracking, and subscription-based access to product libraries and analysis tools.

How to cancel Alidrop

Cancel if you subscribed on the web

• Sign in at your account on the Alidrop website.
• Go to Subscription/Billing or Account Settings and select cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Do not rely on uninstalling the app - uninstalling does not cancel a web subscription.
• See a step-by-step write-up: Cancel Alidrop (PostClic).

Cancel if you subscribed via Apple or Google

• If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, cancel via your Apple ID subscription settings.
• If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel via Google Play > Subscriptions in your Google account.
• App uninstall does not stop App Store or Google Play subscriptions; cancel directly in the platform’s subscription management screens.

What happens when you cancel

Access after cancellation

Cancellation typically disables auto-renewal but keeps paid features active until the end of the current billing period.

You should expect continued access for the time you already paid for; cancellation normally does not remove access immediately.

Billing and account data

Cancelling stops future automatic charges but does not automatically delete account data or remove past charges.

Keep records of the cancellation confirmation and billing statements in case you need to dispute a charge later.

Will I get a refund?

Official refund policy

Alidrop generally does not offer refunds - partial or prorated - for unused time, mid-cycle cancellations, or inactivity.

This policy is stated on Alidrop’s refund page: Alidrop refund policy.

Exceptions and trials

• There is a 7-day free trial for monthly plans; cancel within this trial and you will not be charged.
• After the free trial ends, Alidrop states it does not provide refunds for monthly or annual payments.
• Annual plans are explicitly non-refundable once payment is processed.

Plan choices

Your consumer rights in South Africa

Cooling-off and refunds

Under South African consumer protection law, purchases made at a distance (including online subscriptions) typically grant a cooling-off period allowing cancellation and a refund; this period is commonly around five business days.

If Alidrop’s stated “no refund” policy conflicts with statutory cooling-off rights, South African consumers may still be entitled to remedies under law.

Where to escalate

• File a complaint with the National Consumer Commission if you believe your statutory rights were breached.
• Consider contacting your payment provider to request a chargeback if you were charged without consent or contrary to agreed terms.

Customer experiences

Positive reports

Some users report that related tools (e.g., AliDropship plugin) simplify dropshipping workflows, with features like one-click order fulfillment and automatic tracking.

Example positive feedback is available on GetApp South Africa: GetApp review.

Negative reports

Multiple Trustpilot reviews describe unexpected or higher-than-advertised charges, difficulties cancelling, and refused refunds.

Trustpilot listings show several complaints claiming surprise charges or unclear trial terms: Trustpilot reviews.

Documentation checklist

Essential documents to gather

• Subscription confirmation emails and receipts showing plan, price and date.
• Screenshots of account settings, cancellation attempts, and any confirmation messages.
• Bank or card statements showing the charge(s) you are disputing.

Support communications

• Saved copies of emails or support tickets exchanged with Alidrop support.
• Dates and descriptions of phone or chat conversations if applicable.

Common mistakes

Uninstalling instead of cancelling

Many users mistakenly uninstall the app and assume the subscription is cancelled. Uninstalling does not stop web or platform-managed subscriptions.

Always cancel through the account subscription settings or the platform (Apple/Google) used to subscribe.

Missing platform-specific cancellation

Another frequent error is cancelling in the wrong place (e.g., cancelling on the website when the subscription is managed by Apple or Google).

Check your payment method and subscription source before cancelling to ensure you stop auto-renewal correctly.
