What happens when you cancel

Access and future boxes

Once cancellation is processed, you will retain access and receive boxes through the end of the paid subscription period. No further future boxes are scheduled after that effective date.

Account data and billing

Your account information typically remains on file unless you request deletion. Monitor your bank or card statements to confirm no unexpected post-cancellation charges.

Will I get a refund?

Physical products (oils, recipe boxes)

Simply Earth offers an "Earth-tastic guarantee": returns within 60 days are eligible for store credit, not cash refunds. This applies to most physical items.

Digital products and defective items

Digital purchases (guides, e-books, courses) are eligible only for store credit if returned within 7 days of purchase. No credits after that window.

Defective products may be returned within 365 days for a replacement or store credit. Monthly-charge credits may be available up to 30 days after the charge date and are issued at Simply Earth’s discretion.
