- Annual plans (web): Full refund if you used ≤ 20 meetings and request within 7 days; annual plans are not eligible for prorated refunds after that period.
- AI Credits add-ons: Non-refundable.
App Store and Google Play purchases
- Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by Apple’s and Google’s refund policies, not Fireflies’. Fireflies cannot directly issue refunds for those purchases.
