General refund policy
TrainHeroic does not offer refunds for previously paid subscription fees as a general rule. Refunds are not typically issued.
Requests due to extenuating circumstances may be considered at TrainHeroic’s discretion if you submit a detailed request to support.
Marketplace and store-specific exceptions
- Marketplace purchases after a free trial are usually not refundable to protect coaches’ intellectual property. Refunds may be made if programming is missing or clearly misdescribed; contact support with details.
- Marketplace subscriptions cancelled after purchase are not refunded. To be considered for a refund due to extenuating circumstances, submit a request within 24 hours of purchase; decisions are case-by-case.
