Cancel via App Stores and LumenX

• For App Store / Google Play subscriptions, cancel through your store account settings. Lumen cannot directly cancel those subscriptions.
• For LumenX (UAE-specific): Web purchases must be cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal; in-app subscriptions must be cancelled via the App Store or Google Play at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Important: Deleting the app does not cancel a store subscription; cancel from the store account.

When you cancel a subscription purchased on the web, it remains active until the end of the current paid term.

Renewals and billing
